Loving the SRH collab, how did that come about? It's cool to see you venture into hiphop, I remember you having some roots in beatboxing.
I ended up working with SRH because my manager put us together. Working with SRH has been a blessing. He is a good man to have in a studio and in general. His talent is crazy. I’ll make a beat and go away for an hour to leave him on his own and by the time I come back he’s written his whole rap. We cut it in no time and were done. A true professional. My hip hop beats are where I can really throw people off. I try to make music that pushes that genre to a limit. Showing people that you can rap and many different styles of music.
Can you introduce yourself to my readers that might not know who your are? (which might be impossible I've mentioned you since '08)
FrankMusik is my artist, producer, writer and remixer name. I feel after 12 years I’m finally starting to get into the swing of things my career has been a very strange road working on many different types of projects. From Gaga to Erasure. Everyday is different!
Fast As I Can is my new song after basically having a year off. I’ve had a chance to rethink and rekindle my love for what I do. I have a new energy and passion for music now and I cannot wait to get this next album done. The concept is simple. It’s a great break up empowerment song. It puts the relationship in the context of a race and I claim that my partner is no longer a race worth winning.
So my plans for Frankmusik come in new musik, new videos and more importantly more shows! I’m working towards putting a live show together and start getting small shows going around the US. It’s going to be tough but thoroughly enjoyable. I’ve lived in LA for 3 years now and I feel I am ready to really get my hands dirty. New album will follow two EP’s that I’m putting together at the moment :)
CAN'T WAIT!

Interesting...I'd like to hear more...he was serving some Robin Thicke sexiness in that video preview and I really like this style of hip hop of "Hometown Hero: as well.
