Weekend Wrap-up: Its a good time to Live in HTOWN.

So another week has passed characterized by work, the condemnation of the work environment itself, and of course a mild weekend escape in my hometown (Queue Adele-"hometown"OMG I love that song). I feel like the weeks might have become routine. I'm a little afraid of that. I need something new. As I bring more focus in my life to my blog, I see that Houston is pretty dope. There are lots of hidden gems in this town. I'm glad my blog gives me some time to experience things other than a grey cubicle and a few eateries. I'm not one for nightlife, but events and fashion are high priority.

CLOCKWISE: I forgot the name of that building but I LOVE skyscrapers. // Yes in my last post you learned my IDOL Marc Jacobs is the new Creative Director for Diet Coke// I got my new business cards. I don't like them as much as my old ones. BUT I do like that they don't have my phone number on them. There are SOME situations that I just don't want my number on there.// Waterwall in the Galleria area is sooooo serene. I love it. // Have you tried Dunn Bros coffee? It's pretty hipster. Like cashier playing a ukelele hipster. LOVES IT. // HASHTAG NO MAKEUP? DO YOU FOLLOW ME ON INSTGRAM? @MALIBUMARA. DO IT.

So for my sports lovers out there, I always warn people to not take me serious when I talk about sports BUT.... ITS ALL-STAR WEEKEND. AND YAAASSS IT'S IN HOUSTON THIS YEAR!
So much is going on this weekend, I will post a city guide during the week, BUT I do want to mention that I will be at the Sneaker Summit!
