Equinox Houston in the River Oaks District is open and ready for your lifestyle. Located in the Inner Loop, Equinox offers state of the art fitness equipment and modern interiors. I loved the design of everything! The space was very modern and the details were really great. From Eucalyptus towels to Kiehls product in the showers, this place is a very far cry from any 24 I have been to.

Equinox will be among the many exciting new restaurants and high-end retail stores such as but not limited to Hermes, Tom Ford, Dior, and Cartier debuting in the heart of Houston in River Oaks District.

 For the holiday shopper, Equinox offers several easy gifting ideas, from membership packages, to gift cards to the Spa, to chic performance wear from brands like Lululemon and Nike in their luxury lifestyle apparel shop.
Although the holiday season brings family, friends and fun, it is no secret that large dinners, expansive menus, and numerous parties can lead to stress and overeating. To combat these holiday woes, Equinox holds dedicated studios for yoga, hot yoga, barre and Pilates and offers an impressive selection of today’s hottest fitness classes, including: The Pursuit by Equinox Equinox’s own competitive cycling program, Yoga, Pilates, Strength and cardio training Personal training sessions.

 Just beyond the lounges is the Spa at Equinox, an approximately 1,000 square foot haven with four treatment rooms featuring a menu of luxurious ways to rejuvenate and pamper the body. Guests can de-stress from planning and hosting holiday events through several offerings such as: Deep tissue and post-workout sports massage, Full range of facials Body treatments, and Waxing
Again the spa has Kiehl's products and is actually the only place in the facility that is open to non members.

Equinox has 77 clubs total, this is the first one located in Houston. This location also has a Flow Juice bar inside, perfect for after work outs! If you are interested in joining they recommend meeting with a membership advisor to create a proper assessment of your needs. Equinox pays attention to detail when it comes to determining your new lifestyle.
