Since I am typically on the go and live my life Monday through Friday inside an office, I don't always eat how I should. A lot of factors add to why you lag during the day but diet plays a huge role. Have you tried probiotics before? KeVita is a little different than Kombucha, I like it a little better just because its a little lighter on the palate. Traditionally kombucha is fermented with black tea while KeVita is fermented with coconut water or reverse osmosis water. KeVita probiotics are light in flavor, refreshing and delicious, unlike kombucha, the flavor is neither tart nor vinegary. So far my favorite is the berry hibiscus one. I haven't tried them all yet! They retail between $2.99 and $3.99 at places like Kroger, Whole Foods, and Sprouts. Its a healthy replacement for Starbucks!
ADDED BONUS: No added sugar, just stevia |
KeVita is available in the refrigerated cold case at local co-ops, natural foods stores and select grocers nationwide including Safeway, Sprouts, Whole Foods Market, The Fresh Market, Giant Eagle and Wegmans.
I reccomend it if you are in the aisle next to all of the other juices. Probiotics are great bacteria for your stomach. According to KeVita: Probiotics add friendly bacteria to your digestive system, and may improve the absorption of nutrients and vitamins. Improved absorption can translate to good digestion, allowing a body to get the most nutritional value from food. Probiotics may help to regulate the digestive system. Bonus: more energy! All this good stuff in your digestive tract because 70% of your immunity lives in your stomach.
Its been helping me this winter. Let me know your favorite flavor!
