The Tasting Room had a white party to kick off the addition of new cocktails and a full oyster bar to their menu. Oysters will be from the Northeast, Northwest and the Gulf. They remodeled the pizza bar to be the oyster bar, and the oven will be used to roast oysters.
The white party featured a station for cheeses and meats as well as a seafood station. Oysters, lobster and shrimp were beautifully displayed and constantly refilled throughout the event. That and an open bar made for a great event. Lobster and cocktail shrimp are my favorite things on earth. I like salty oysters but I needed some crackers! The tasting room had a great selection of food at the event. I am pretty excited for this new menu.
TSR is owned by the same people who brought us Max's Wine Dive, they are trying to improve the brunch menu as well. Word is they are making it like a little pop up Max's. Max's is known for their fried chicken and doughnuts... YA GIRL IS HAPPY.
Great way to usher in July. Lets see what this month brings. For sure, COMIC CON is around the corner. I have a couple more reviews in store as well, so stay tuned.
